How Startpit works
Startpit provides the digital infrastructure that enables Buyers and Sellers to complete their transactions efficiently. A typical purchasing process consists of the following steps:
- Register your company.
- Complete company verification and validation.
- Seller uploads the items price list.
- Buyers search for the required parts.
- Buyer places an order.
- Seller confirms, declines, or updates the order.
- Seller uploads the courier link to track the delivery.
- Buyer approves delivery or submits a claim.
- If the Seller provides a post-paid solution, the Buyer completes payment.
The platform automates many workflow steps. If a required action is not completed within the specified timeframe, the system may automatically perform actions such as accepting or declining orders or claims, depending on the workflow. Time calculations consider both companies' business hours, time zones, and national public holidays.
