Bulk search
For larger orders, upload a file containing multiple part numbers and the platform automatically searches each part and displays the available offers, significantly reducing processing time. Bulk search lets you look up up to 1,500 items at once by uploading an Excel file; you will find it in the top-left corner of the search screens, along with a template.
What happens after you upload a file:
- Validating — we read the whole file and check every row for mistakes (missing part number, price, manufacturer, or OE/AM). ~1–3 min for 1,000,000 products.
- Importing — we add new products and update the prices of existing ones. ~5–15 min for 1,000,000 products.
- Finalizing — we switch off products no longer in your file and refresh search. ~2–10 min for 1,000,000 products.
- Active — your price list is live and used in search.
- Completed with errors — the file was imported, but some rows were skipped. Click "View errors" to see which ones and why.
- Failed — the file could not be imported at all.
Times are approximate and depend on the file size and server load.
